PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Group
Rates are available.
Payment is
required in advance, and can be made through credit card or by mail
deposit to a U.S. bank when there is sufficient time; information is
e-mailed to ones requesting the tour.
The reason
for advanced payment is that the brothers plan the tour for the set
number of persons reserved, and a group rate is given based on this
number of persons. If for some reason brothers cancel at the last
minute or do not show up, the brothers giving the tour will lose the
entire day as they will have turned down other brothers who have
requested a tour for this date. To protect against this happening,
advanced payment is required.
If there
are brothers who, at the last minute would like to join the reserved
group, and there is room, these can still come with the group and
pay when they arrive.
